Welcome to my page!
I am a self taught artist based in Victoria BC, with 20+ years of experience in multiple forms of creative expression.
Starting as a professional photographer, I have taken my enjoyment of colour, movement and composition into the acrylic medium, following my whims to paint a wide variety of topics and styles.
In addition to painting: gardening has been a wonderful balance to my indoor work, providing peace and inspiration for many photographs and paintings.
As for me? I am a tempestuous being; passionate, dynamic and always following my heart.
Every painting I make is done with the intention of conveying a sense of joy; whether that be the power of an oncoming storm, having a warm drink with friends, or the laughter of seeing a baby animal at play.
